What kind of reports are there and where can I find them?

Тo help you organize your personal finances, we offer a wide variety of reports that you can generate and download. Below you'll find more details for each type of report.

To download a report, open the overview of the report you would like to generate and then select the desired time period (except for the Portfolio overview, where you can select a date after clicking on 'Export'). Then click on "Export" on the right hand side of the screen. In the window that opens, you can select to download as an .xls, csv. or .pdf file.

Below, you'll find more detailed descriptions on how to download each type of overview.

Accordion

Report on all mutations on your cash account in a specified period. This report contains - amongst other things - any purchase or sale of a financial instrument, deposits/withdrawals, transaction fees paid, taxes that were withheld, and dividend payments.

This is a report of all the transactions (i.e., purchases and sales of financial instruments) within a specified period.

Statement and valuation of the current portfolio, cash position, and any possible money market funds. These positions are valued at the previous day's closing price. You can export an overview for any (historical) day.

Each year, we create an annual summary of the activities on your account that you can use whilst filing your tax returns. This report is generally available between February and March and can be found under the "Reports" tab, within the "Activity"-section of your Trading Platform. Under "Reports" you may also see the annual overview of costs and charges. The numbers from this overview are not used for the tax return and cannot be compared with the figures from the annual overview because they are calculated on the basis of different assumptions and for different purposes.
